Your itinerary belongs to you, and you have complete control over the final choices. We provide guidance and recommendations based on our network, but we empower you to decide on the accommodation tiers, excursions, or routing variations. If your plans change during the design phase, we accommodate adjustments, extensions, and refinements (within reason) until the itinerary is exactly how you want it.

Shortly before you depart, we send you Your Book. This is a consolidated reference guide customised exclusively for your trip. We eliminate the frustration of tracking vouchers, emails, or ticket codes. Your flight times, private transfer details, emergency contact numbers, and local context are neatly organised in one place, leaving you prepared for departure.

Your ground team and your Forward Travel concierge are available by phone at any moment for peace of mind until you return home. A guide will meet you at arrivals and ensure comfort and clear communication throughout your stay. Because of our long-standing, direct relationships with in-country operators, you are never left to handle disruptions. If a regional flight is missed, we handle the rebooking instantly.
