Israeli or Palestinian stamps/visas may result in refusal of entry into Syria and Lebanon.
Stamps/visas from Sharm El Sheikh, Marsa Alam, or Hurghada may result in refusal of entry into Syria.
Aleppo Citadel is currently closed following earthquake damage. External viewing only unless reopening occurs before departure.
The Umayyad Mosque in Aleppo remains under renovation and is closed to visitors.
Syria visa approval generally takes 7–10 working days before travel.
